Pasta and Pasta Sauce Recipes
Ravioli Lasagna
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (28 ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef in skillet.
- Spoon 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of a 9 x 11 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the frozen ravioli on top of sauce. Cover with 1/2 ground beef and then 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1 cup sauce.
- Repeat layering with pasta and ground beef and top with remaining sauce, making sure the sauce covers the ravioli.
- Bake, covered, for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake, uncovered, until cheese is browned and bubbly (about 5 minutes).
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
