Cherry Mallow Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups (21 ounce can) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of an 8 inch round baking pan. Cover with pie filling.
  2. Chill.
  3. Whip cream with almond extract until stiff.
  4. Fold in marshmallows and spread over cherry filling.
  5. Chill several hours before serving.
