Never Fail Pie Crust
Yield: 3 crusts
Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup ice cold water
Instructions
- Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Make into 3 balls.
- Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
