Vidalia Onion Pie
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped Vidalia onions
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, with drippings saved
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook onions in bacon drippings.
- Mix eggs and milk in bowl.
- Add onions and bacon + drippings. Mix well.
- Put into casserole.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until set and brown.
