Vidalia Onion Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped Vidalia onions
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, with drippings saved
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook onions in bacon drippings.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in bowl.
  3. Add onions and bacon + drippings. Mix well.
  4. Put into casserole.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F until set and brown.
