Berry Oatmeal Pizza

Berry Oatmeal Pizza is perfect for a fun breakfast or a delicious dessert!

Berry Oatmeal Pizza

Prep: 30 min | Cook: 15 min | Yield: 8 to 12 servings

Ingredients

Pizza

  • 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Streusel Topping

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup quick oats, not instant

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Spray counter lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

Pizza

  1. Combine dinner or Texas rolls and roll into a 12 inch circle.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest while preparing the topping.
  3. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a bowl, add berries and gently toss until evenly coated.

Streusel Topping

  1. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until crumbly and add oats.
  3. Remove plastic wrap from dough and place dough on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.
  4. Arrange berries evenly over dough.
  5. Sprinkle streusel over berries.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until topping and crust are browned.
  7. Let cool while making glaze.

Glaze

  1. Combine sugar, almond and milk and stir until smooth.
  2. Drizzle over warm pizza.
