Oatmeal Apple Crisp Pizza
The fun fall flavors of Apple Crisp baked on a pizza crust. Yummy!
Prep: 20 to 30 min | Bake: 40 min | Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
Crust
- 9 Rhodes Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 medium size apples, peeled, cored and diced
Topping
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Caramel topping
- Ice cream, if desired
Instructions
- Spray counter lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Crust
- Combine rolls and roll into a 12 inch circle. Place on a 12 inch pizza pan and press toward the outside to give the dough a slight edge all the way around.
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon well.
- Add apples and stir until they are well coated.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the dough.
Topping
- Combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over the apple mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over browning of the crust.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel topping.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
