Tex-Mex Hash

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat.
- Add onions and bell pepper and cook until onion is tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and heat until warm.
- Pour into a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1 hour.
