Tex-Mex Salsa Salad
Ingredients
- 9 tomatoes, diced
- 7 avocados, peeled and diced
- 3 white onions, chopped
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 4 or 5 Serrano or jalapeño chiles, seeded and chopped
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
