Bold Firehouse Sausage Creole Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked pork Andouille sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 3/4 cups hot water
- 1 (6.1 ounce) box Hamburger Helper™ Bold Firehouse Chili Macaroni
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions
- In 10 inch skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until starting to brown.
- Stir in hot water, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands).
- Stir before serving.
