Cajun Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 6 cups red wine
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Cover meat with marinade, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Roast or grill meat.
