Cajun Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to distribute the spices.
  2. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours before using.

Notes

Prepare Cajun Mayonnaise 24 hours before using so that flavors blend.

Leftovers can be stored for up to 1 week.
