Cajun Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Cajun spice

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put butter into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread scallops evenly in dish, then sprinkle with Cajun spice.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes - NO LONGER.
