Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) bottle Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.
