Banana Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 large bananas
• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• Lemon, to taste
• 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

1. Blend bananas and cream cheese with electric mixer.
2. Add lemon juice and whipped cream, mixing well by hand.
3. To use, cut salad into squares and pour dressing over.
