Raspberry Cream Dressing
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Instructions
- In small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in mayonnaise, raspberry preserves and lemon peel until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Serve on fruit salads.
