Lime Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (8.25 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in pineapple with syrup and cold water.
- Chill until mixture mounds from a spoon.
- Stir in evaporated milk, marshmallows and coconut.
- Pour into a 6 cup mold.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold onto lettuce leaves.
