Heavenly Salad

2 small boxes lemon gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup cheese, grated
1 pint whipping cream, not whipped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup nuts
6 scallions, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple and sugar; stir well. Add cheese, cream and nuts. Let set until thickened.

Top with remaining ingredients.
