Cucumber-Yogurt Salad
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
- 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, vinegar, milk, salt, pepper and dill until combined.
- Add cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
