Tomato Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 4 ounces (about 1 cup) crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh
Instructions
- Core tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
- Combine the pieces in a bowl with crumbled feta, green olives and oregano. Stir to combine.
