Sour Cream Spinach Salad

2 bunches fresh spinach, cleaned
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
12 ounces cottage cheese

In large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix dressing ingredients and chill.
