Tomato Salad
3 medium tomatoes
4 ounces (about 1 cup) crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green olives
1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh
Core tomatoes and chop them into small pieces. Combine the pieces in a bowl
with crumbled feta, green olives and oregano. Stir to combine.
Serves 4.

protein, 5 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber, 460 milligrams sodium
