Anchovy Salad Dressing

6 tablespoons Star Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Star Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
2 Star Anchovy fillets, chopped fine

Combine all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, shake thoroughly.
