Irish Mist Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup Irish Mist liqueur
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Blend mustard, liqueur, vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
2. Whisk in oil in a thin stream.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
