Onion Crunch Burgers
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Rolls
With fork, gently mix beef, 1/2 cup of the French-fried onions, salt and
pepper. Shape into 6 burgers. Grill or broil 10 minutes or until no longer pink
in center, turning once.
Serve on rolls and top with remaining French-fried onions.
