Pineapple Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs or whole wheat bagels, cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons lite or regular cream cheese
  • 2 (1 ounce) slices Canadian bacon or ham
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on bottom half of bagel.
  2. Top with Canadian bacon slice and 2 slices each red onion and pineapple.
  3. Place remaining bagel half on top. Repeat with remaining bagel.
  4. Serve with orange wedges and strawberries, if desired.
