Cheesy Vegetable Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass bowl.
  2. Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) for 2 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring at 1 minute intervals with a wire whisk.
  3. Serve sauce over baked potatoes or other vegetables.
