  • 2 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned), drained
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper, seeded

Instructions
