Madeira Sauce

3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 cup Madeira wine

Melt butter; stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef stock, Kitchen Bouquet and Madeira wine. Cook until thickened.
