Mock Hollandaise Sauce

A perfect recipe for Eggs Benedict or steamed vegetables

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Salt to taste

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all ingredients. Stir until warmed through.

Makes 1 cup.
