Pear Sauce

Substitute pear sauce for pumpkin, zucchini or applesauce in bread recipes.

Peel and core and slice desired amount of fresh pears. Barely cover with water in large kettle and simmer until soft.

Puree in blender until of sauce consistency. Freeze in plastic freezer bags.
