Peanut Butter Candy
Ingredients
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup Graham crack crumbs
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter and whisk in peanut butter.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until incorporated.
- Add Graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
- Press peanut butter "dough" into an 8 inch square pan (I like to line mine with parchment paper so I can lift the dessert out to cut once it's set).
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then spread as for frosting.
- Let set for 2 to 3 hours to dry.
- Slice into squares.
Notes
Best not to refrigerate. Will set in about 2 to 3 hours.
