Beets in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beets, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel beets. Dice small.
  2. Combine cream, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper in bowl. Add beets; mix well.
  3. Chill until serving time.
