Tipsy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
  • Pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 large sweet potatoes until tender.
  2. Peel and cut into chunks.
  3. Add sugar, butter and whiskey, and mash all together.
  4. Pour into casserole dish; top with pecan halves, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
