Tipsy Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
- Pecan halves
Instructions
- Boil 4 large sweet potatoes until tender.
- Peel and cut into chunks.
- Add sugar, butter and whiskey, and mash all together.
- Pour into casserole dish; top with pecan halves, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
