Mexican Dumplings

Dumpling mix gets a whole new outlook with this Tex-Mex flavor.

1 (6 ounce) package potato dumpling mix
1/2 cup mild salsa
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Water, as needed

Prepare dumplings according to package directions, substituting salsa for 1/2 cup water. Add cilantro. Continue according to package directions.

Serves 4.
