Tomato Pudding

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup water
2 cups bread cubes (crust removed)
1/2 cup melted butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine brown sugar, tomato puree and water in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.

While tomato mixture is cooking, put bread cubes into a casserole, pour melted butter over, then add tomato mixture. Bake for 50 minutes.
