Chilled Honeydew Soup
Yield: about 2 to 3 cups, depending on size of melon
Ingredients
- 1 medium honeydew melon, skinned and seeds removed
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill.
