Chilled Honeydew Soup

Yield: about 2 to 3 cups, depending on size of melon

Ingredients

  • 1 medium honeydew melon, skinned and seeds removed
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill.
