Orange Ginger Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon fine chop crystallized ginger

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat marmalade over medium hat until just melted.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat butter until fluffy.
  3. Beat in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger until blended.
  4. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Try over asparagus, snow peas or green beans.
