Raspberry Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor until combined but not necessarily smooth.
  2. Put in individual dishes, ramekins or molds and chill overnight.
