Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Spread
Yield: 1 cup, enough for 2 sleeves of crackers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons oil from the sun-dried tomato jar
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Process all ingredients on "pulse" in food processor or blender for 7-8 seconds (or to consistency you want).
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Spread on crackers.
