Pulled Pork Nachos
Game day glory starts with this recipe for baked Pulled Pork Nachos. One pan. Pulled pork. And oh-so-many toppings. (Think diced tomatoes, kickin’ jalapeños, cool sour cream and more.)
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 5 min | Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 8 ounces ounces tortilla chips (about 8 cups)
- 2 cups hot pulled pork*
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Arrange chips on large ovenproof serving platter. Top with pulled pork, cheese, tomato, onion and jalapeño.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream.
