Crabmeat Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 cup finely sliced onions
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and green chiles.
  3. Place five tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Cover with crabmeat mixture, top with remaining tortillas.
  4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until tortillas are lightly brown.
  5. Cut into wedges.
  6. Serve hot with salsa.
