Quesadillas con Guacamole

Ingredients
Quesadillas
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Green onions, finely chopped
- Olives, sliced
Guacamole
- 2 medium avocados
- 1/2 cup mild or hot green chile salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Place 1/2 cup of cheese on each tortilla. Fold over like a turnover, pressing edges together.
- Place tortillas, folded sides together, on a plate; microwave 2 minutes or just until cheese has melted.
- Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped onions and olive slices.
