Refried Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can College Inn® Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
  • 1 can spicy fat-free refried beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the first eight ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
