Refried Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
- 1 can spicy fat-free refried beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can green chiles, chopped
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Combine the first eight ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
