Santa Fe Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, cooked and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 (11 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours.
- Serve topped with cheese and sour cream, if desired.
