Sopa de Tortillas Migas
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground meat
- 12 corn tortillas
- 4 ounces green chiles
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup tomatoes (sliced fresh)
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup soup stock
Instructions
- Cut the tortillas into 3/4 inch strips.
- Sauté the onions, add tomato and garlic powder with the meat and green chiles.
- Place the DRY tortilla strips in a casserole dish.
- Add the soup stock and the meat mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
