Roasted Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 20 to 30 chicken wings
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 3/4 cup butter, for basting
Instructions
- Cut chicken wings at joints. Discard tips.
- Combine all ingredients except butter.
- Marinate chicken for 8 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Roast wings uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours, basting with butter.
