Bohemian Potato Dumplings
Ingredients
- 6 medium cooked and well mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs (do not beat)
- 1/3 cup Cream of Wheat
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Mix potatoes, salt, eggs and Cream of Wheat thoroughly.
- Add milk and sifted flour.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Knead on a floured board.
- Shape into oblong rolls.
- Drop into boiling salted water. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
