Cheese Pie (Kase Wake — Switzerland)

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked piecrust
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine cheese and flour. Spread in piecrust.
- Combine milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper and pour over cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake 30 more minutes or until a knife inserted
in center comes out clean.
