Japanese Mustard Dipping Sauce (Karashi)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, whisking to blend well.
- Serve as a dip for egg rolls.
Notes
This will keep for short periods if refrigerated.
