Pina Colada Fruit
1 (8 ounce) cartons fat-free plain yogurt
1 package fat-free vanilla pudding
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 cup fat-free Cool Whip
Bite-size pieces fresh fruits (pineapple,
strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
In a medium bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extracts.
Fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with fruit dippers.
5 (1/2 cup) servings - 2.16 WW points per serving
Fruit Dippers: Use 1 cup or more cut fresh fruit to dip into the dip for
1 WW point per cup of fruit.
